All breeding or exhibition goats must be officially identified with a Scrapie Eradication Program eartag prior to entry, except registered goats with a registration tattoo and accompanied by registration papers.
Texas does NOT require brucellosis or TB testing (EXCEPT goats originating from specific areas of Michigan are required to be tested for tuberculosis because of the presence of this disease in free-ranging deer).
