Import Regulations
First of all, you'll have to check with a vet from the state of origin for this one:
NEW Vesicular Stomatitis rule: any hoofed animal being imported into PA from a state in which VS has been diagnosed in the past twelve (12) months, shall be examined by an accredited veterinarian to determine whether they are free from VS, and shall be accompanied by a CVI with the following statement signed by the accredited vet: “all animals identified on this certificate of veterinary inspection have been examined and found to be free from vesicular stomatitis. During the past 90 days, these animals have neither been exposed to vesicular stomatitis nor located within 10 miles of a site where VS has been diagnosed.”
The rest is easy: No TB, no Brucellosis testing, just this:
"No testing needed, must be accompanied by an official Certificate of Veterinary Inspection and be individually identified. A Certificate of Veterinary Inspection shall be valid for sixty (60) days after the date of issue."
